Our mission on this site:
To keep any real estate transaction easy for you.
- To obtain from you the essential information to do my job for you; i.e.- price range, size and important features, your time frame etc.
- To make available to you area information without overwhelming you with too much verbiage.
Whether you are relocating, moving locally or selling any type of property, I can make your experience pleasant and simplified. I have lots of experience and 6 local ERA offices throughout Boise 's Treasure Valley to access for you.
The Treasure Valley consists of:
My site will acquaint you with most of these cities and help you with local resources to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Just contact me by phone or e-mail with your information, then sit back and "let me do the job for you!"
Some of the information you can access here are good summaries of the larger cities and towns near Boise . Nampa is the largest and is fairly self-contained. It is growing at a fast rate, as is the whole area.
Meridian, Eagle and Star are more like adjoining suburbs and serve as bedroom communities to Boise , although they have their own town centers. Most of the outlying communities are to the west of Boise. To the east is Mountain Home, which serves a large Air Force Base. You can view current properties that are for sale in the area and, of course, with multiple listing service, I can give you many more in your area of interest.
Whether buying or selling, I always try to go the extra mile to help with all the "details." I am always available for any questions you might have and do know a large number of people in many fields. I can speak to them on your behalf or put you in direct contact with them.
Boise is like an oasis in the high desert of southwestern Idaho with its own style and a strong sense of community. It is the capitol of the state and its location makes it a convenient to many northwest destinations. Outdoor enthusiasts love the area with its close-by mountains, rivers and lakes. Sun Valley is one of the first up-scale ski resorts in the country and remains a popular destination both summer and winter. It is an easy 2 hour trek from Boise and many local people have summer homes there along with many other mountain communities an easy distance away.
Seattle Washington and Portland Oregon are also an easy and economical flight from Boise , not to mention other destinations in Nevada , Montana , Utah , Wyoming and Canada . The Oregon Trail passed through Boise and there are many historical markers and interesting places to visit in and around the Boise area.
To sum up this area, the main points to think about are quality of life, excellent health care, good weather without many extremes, low crime rate and wonderful people............all in all, a great place to live, work and raise a family.
